Dr Matthew McLindon
B.App.Sci (Clin.Sci)/B.Chiro.Sci, Laser Certified.Dr Matthew McLindon is a second generation chiropractor and his family includes five chiropractors and two medical doctors, so healthcare was part of his upbringing.
He graduated from RMIT in 1999 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Science. Upon graduating he opened a multidisciplinary clinic in Echuca which he ran for 20 years. He then merged his chiropractic practice with N8 Health Group in Echuca.
Dr McLindon is passionate about health equity and served as the National Chiropractic delegate to the National Rural Health Alliance in Canberra for several years. He has been involved in Hands on Health Australia for over 25 years helping to deliver healthcare to underprivileged people.
Identifying a huge need for Photobiomodulation (Laser) Therapy in regional Australia he opened his flagship laser clinic in Moama in 2022. He has completed his laser training in Canada, UK and Italy. Since opening it’s new Bendigo Clinic, Clinical Laser Therapy has now grown to be one of the biggest providers of world class laser therapy in Australia. Some of the machines Dr McLindon has imported are the only ones of their kind in Australia.
When not in the office Dr McLindon loves spending time with his wife Kate and their ever-growing family, having recently become grandparents! He can also be seen ‘treading the boards’ in many different roles in the local theatre company.

Dr Nicholas Couchman
Nicholas Couchman is a dedicated chiropractor with over five years of experience helping people achieve better health and movement through natural hands-on care. His passion for holistic wellness and the body’s innate ability to heal led him to discover photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) through his colleague, Matthew McLindon.
Nicholas has been fascinated by PBMT and its ability to reduce pain, accelerate recovery and restore cellular function. He has embraced this innovative therapy as a powerful addition to his clinical expertise.
Nicholas is proud to be able to work alongside his colleagues at Clinical Laser Therapy Australia, helping to relieve chronic pain, reduce inflammation, support post injury recovery and much more!
When Nicholas isn’t in Laser clinic he continues to serve as a Chiropractor for the local community, empowering people to lead healthier lives and to continue doing the things they love.
Outside of his professional life Nicholas enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son, playing basketball and having a laugh with his friends.

Dr Troy Walker
Troy is a Yorta Yorta man, an experienced chiropractor and strength and conditioning coach with a demonstrated history of working in the clinical health, wellbeing, nutrition and physical activity domains.
He is active in and passionate about nutrition research and practice, clinical pain management, Aboriginal and general lifestyle health, social and emotional wellbeing and neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Troy is also a senior research fellow at Deakin University, holding a master’s in human nutrition with a particular focus on Aboriginal health research. This is especially as it relates to commercial determinants, nutrition, physical activity and sarcopenia prevention in older adults and includes regular delivery of lectures, workshops and presentations at seminars on all of these topics. He has obtained Clinical Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM).
Troy is a dedicated member of the Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA), ASLM, a founding member of Deakin’s Murnong Health Research team and an elected member of the diagnostic taskforce for the Australia and New Zealand Society for Sarcopenia and Frailty Research (ANZSSFR),
He works in his local community and among his family in health and clinical care, especially in assisting age-related muscle and bone loss and general lifestyle-based health outcomes.In his downtime he enjoys hanging out with family, friends, heading to the gym, doing jiu-jitsu and enjoying a nice glass of whiskey.

Dr Seamus Hoffman
Seamus is a Chiropractor and Clinical Laser Therapist with a strong focus on functional movement, rehabilitation, and performance. His approach centres on understanding each individual’s goals and tailoring treatment to support long-term results. By using evidence-based photobiomodulation protocols, Seamus works to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support tissue recovery in a clear and practical way.
He has a particular interest in working with athletes and active individuals, helping them confidently return to training, games and daily activity. However, Seamus enjoys working with people from all backgrounds and believes that everyone benefits from thoughtful movement education and supportive care. His treatment style is collaborative, patient-focused, and grounded in empowering people to understand their bodies.
Outside of clinical practice, Seamus enjoys playing golf and continually searching for great coffee. He stays active in his own life, which aligns with the way he supports his patients.
